- KKKarma2 days ago1.0Made an appointment for passport at 11:45am. I get there at 11:20 to send some packages. The lady that took my packages took 20 minutes to send my packages because she couldn't find the address to send them to even when I wrote it down in my packages. I told her coworker I had an appointment soon for passport and she said she would tell the lady that was in charge of the passport. Fatema comes out and says that where was I that I wasn't there at all. I told her I have been there since 11:20 sending some packages that her coworker was struggling to send. She says "well I have another appointment at 12:15. I told her "It's only 11:55." Overall terrible service. The only amazing person is the guy clerk. He's always happy and making jokes. Everytime he sends my packages there is no issues at all and he does an amazing service.
- EEEszMay 6, 20261.0UPDATE: After speaking with a member of that post office, and given conflicting information from that person (who was very polite), I learned that they do NOT collect mail from those collection boxes at 5PM as written on the box. I was told they collect the mail the following morning. So, expect your shipment to be delayed by a day if you drop it off instead of handing it to someone at that same post office. PREVIOUS: I no longer trust the drop-off boxes at this location. It says they pick items up at 5PM, and when I drop them off around 1PM, they still show as "pre-shipment" the next day when tracked. This has already cost me with a few customers. This was not the case before. Either make sure you wait in line and physically hand the item to the staff, or use UPS, FedEx, etc.

I have watched them patiently work with customers who are having difficulties to resolve their issues. I hear customers thanking them and saying: Thank you for you service. Unfortunately the workers might not hear that often enough but I want them to know they're appreciated.
