Worse printing company ever. I used AlphaGraphics services for years. They never messed up anything. Being so happy with AlphaGraphics, I sent two of friends who were opening new business in February 2025, both friends were so disappointed with new branded company. AWFUL SERVICE. Person named Cindy contacts & discusses information, requests email from my friends what's neede & how many copies. Both of my friends send the emailes immediately. Cindy promises to send quotes as soon as she receives information. My friends do not the receive the quotes email for 3 days. I call Cindy on the 4th day. She was rude & says "I haven't opened that email" then sends the quotes by 4th days. Which means the email was sitting there for 4 days not opened. My friends receive call the next day about that they printed the cards wrong & needs to be reprinted & everything will be ready for the same day...it wasn't. I call back the next day to find out time when my friends prints/cards will be ready.... here is what I got from that ""we don't know and THERE NOTHING YOU CAN DO KNOWING THE TIME ANYWAY"" ......I'm blown at the service provided by this company. I saved previous owners card....trashing that today.

This is a personal story. I called the team at AlphaGrapics two days after my 13 year old lab passed. I had sent a file to WalXXX for printing and there was no detail. I called Alpha and asked them if they could do a set of high res pics of Koda "today". They accepted without a blink. And I can say the pics are great, down to Koda's grey hairs, tears all around. The team has my heart-felt gratitude and if can refer business to them I will! A+++ Thank you

Above and beyond does not capture what the team here did to print and deliver a book for a retirement party. The final product was flawless and they (literally) went out of their way to drop off the book at our office just in time for the event. They also provided invaluable design work with the cover and a few of the internal pages. Thanks again for the help.

Our organization has used Alphagraphics on many occasions and we have found them to be an excellent partner. The quality of the finished product and the tremendous customer service are unmatched in the area. We have used them for relatively complex mailing projects and high-quality printing and always feel secure that the everything will be delivered on time and at a competitive price. They are wonderful people with a lot of attention to detail who have bailed us out when we've had to rush order or if we needed assistance adjusting artwork files. I can't recommend them enough.
