  This is the best UPS store in Woodbridge. The manager Mark is personable and helpful every time I do business there. Matt is also a stellar store associate. Highly recommended. But one caution- it can get a little busy there!

  I had a mix up with my Amazon returns and accidentally dropped off the wrong package at this UPS. 30 minutes later, I came back asking for help and Nathan went above and beyond to help me. He took time out of his way to dig through all of the return boxes and managed to find my package. His patience and willingness to help meant the world to me as I was so stressed out. Thank you once again Nathan!

  When you see Elifaz or Abdul working you already know the experience will be kind, timely, and accurate. Now if they’re both working together, an extra ounce of magic truly might happen! These men always make the hassle of having to bring in returns effortless and quick. Very kind and knowledgeable gentlemen and it is always a pleasure being able to have a quick conversation when I stop by for my returns.

  I had a great, helpful interaction with all the staff at this UPS location. I worked mostly with Paul, but the other two males on staff with him were so friendly and had such a great attitude and had amazing customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this store for other customers and will come back.
