- JGJennifer Osborne GwinnJan 17, 20251.0"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" Well, not this post office. “Held at customer request”= I didn’t want to drive up your driveway. They really enjoy getting your packages, then turning around to send it back to the original distribution center, which they did 3 times with one of mine. One time we were expecting a package that legally had to be signed for by an adult with my ID. I get an alert that it was “signed for by customer”, but was never delivered to me. Interesting on how it was late at night on the day it was set to be delivered. I called corporate to complain because, who signed for it? Magically it arrived in my mailbox early the next morning….. I still hadn’t signed for it, also my mail always runs later in the day, so I’m guessing someone had to get rid of the goods quick. I would trust a half-starved alligator to babysit my children than this post office with postcard to someone that I hate.

I expected the worst because of all the bad reviews on here, but it's a heck of a lot better than the post office I was used to in California.
