- JPJim PraMay 5, 20262.0I visited the Kilmarnock Post Office this week. I asked for help with sending a box to an overseas destination. One clerk was dismissive and spoke with an unpleasant tone, which made the interaction difficult. A different member of staff was courteous and went out of her way to assist me. The helpful employee improved the experience and resolved my questions, but the negative interaction with the other lady left an overall poor impression. I’m leaving two stars and would appreciate management following up to improve customer service consistency. If needed, I can provide more details about the interaction.

- ECEric ChandlerAug 25, 20231.0Horrible service and attitude at this branch, They have no interest in serving the face to face customer , hence the extremely short hours, yet other branches have longer hours. Will not add a drop drum in the lobby because they said they haven't had one in 40 years, no need to have one now, which forces business owners to leave their stores to drop off mail during their 6.5 hour day. Will not deliver mail on Main St. because stores aren't allowed to have mail boxes even if a mail slot is added to the entance door. They said they don't walk anywhere. As of July 2023 they won't hold mail if the sender doesn't include the PO Box on the address even though they know the business and write the number on the package. They have no interest in helping themselves or the area.
