The person living there is disabled and survives 3 cancers and has no immune system and can barely drive let alone pick up a packages I send. Amazon, UPS, FedEx etc all deliver to her door. This has been an on going issue with this post office. She has NO WATER and that is what is in the latest package...

However, I run a business in the area and this post office has lost two customer orders within weeks of each other. Quite frustrating as the packages were delivered to the Hot Springs post office then never arrived; they just said the package wasn’t there. I’m starting to suspect theft though I hate to say it. At the very least it’s incompetence and I wish there was a way to make the packages come through the Covington post office instead. Both packages were insured, but it is an inconvenience both for me and the customers involved.
