- EEEyaisu5 days ago5.0I had a very positive experience at the post office today while renewing my dad’s passport. One of the staff members helped both of us with great patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer our questions, made sure everything was completed correctly, and treated us with genuine care and respect. Her helpful attitude made a stressful process much easier for us. We truly appreciated her support and excellent customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond to help our family today
- FGFima Gorea5 days ago1.0We had A Passport Appointment, we waited for our time slot - and then the lady took someone else. She called the Supervisor - who was absolutely awful and literally told us to get out of the USPS building. I am submitting complain with US State Department. Unacceptable
