- LWLo WilJul 3, 20261.0Incredibly long wait times and they push express services so hard you would think there is no other way to mail a simple envelope. Wildly inconsistent package rates. $8.50 - for a tiny padded envelope. Thats insane.

One of the staff members helped both of us with great patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer our questions, made sure everything was completed correctly, and treated us with genuine care and respect. Her helpful attitude made a stressful process much easier for us. We truly appreciated her support and excellent customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond to help our family today
