- VRVijay R.May 30, 20261.0Very bad experience when visited this place to drop off prepaid item . The box was very heavy so asked for help from one Uspa office looks Asian official ,very rudely he asked me to place it on ground . When asked for receipt he directed me to go near scanner which was not easy due to heavy weight but still that guy was humanity to help as he was busy talking with another lady .Hope some one from usps will give him some customer service lessons .
