Convenient location and a solid team. I come here for routine drop-offs and returns, and the staff is always efficient and polite. The line usually moves pretty fast, and getting in and out takes no time. Definitely a reliable spot to have in the neighborhood.

Super easy and fast for notary services. I will happily pay the small and reasonable fee for quick notary services instead of waiting for up to an hour for a free notary at the bank. High recommend.

I started coming here after having been a regular at another location for years. Very pleased with the efficient, friendly service. Thank you to the crew, as I'll be coming in on a regular basis.

I visited the UPS Store on Franklin Farm Rd to get several documents notarized and to take passport photos, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff was caring and kind throughout, with excellent communication at every step. When taking my passport photos, they took more than one picture so that I had options to choose from, which I really appreciated. They were also incredibly patient with me. When I went to pay, my credit card got jammed in my wallet, and it took some time to remove it. I was getting frustrated, but they kindly assured me there was no rush at all and to take my time. Once I calmed down, the card came right out and the payment process was smooth. We even laughed it off together. Just an overall nice vibe in this store. I highly recommend this location for notary services, passport photos, or anything else you need!

I had a very disappointing customer service experience at the Franklin Farm UPS location. Getting into the store was unnecessarily difficult because one of the double doors was locked, making it hard to bring my package inside. Before I could reach the counter, the clerk refused to accept my return without closely inspecting the item or offering any alternative options to help me. The clerk provided his reasoning about mailing suitability which sounded more like excuses for not accepting the return. The service felt incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. I have many positive experiences with other UPS locations in the past, which made my experience on the morning of September 18, 2026 at the Franklin Farm location such an utter disappointment. It was lazy, unhelpful service and a complete waste of time. I am avoiding this location.
