Diana or Diane who is the development manager set up an interview after saying I seemed like a good fit for a role. She did not clarify what role which I found odd, but agreed to interview the next day. She then called less than 5 minutes later cancelling bc of a “gap” of employment during my last 2 years of college, I explained was due to focusing on my studies. She then said my target salary was too high but didn’t give me the chance to say what my salary range is as I would be flexible with pay. I found this to be very unprofessional of her and before reaching out to candidates the entire resume should be thoroughly reviewed and be diligent to make sure all requirements are met.

I had an outstanding experience with the PrideStaff recruiting team. They were supportive, responsive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a recruiting group that combines professionalism with such genuine care for the candidate’s success. Pridestaff made the process seamless and encouraging, and I am grateful for their exceptional work. Highly recommended.

PrideStaff has been the highlight of my entire year. Being able to find a great job in such a quick amount of time after interviewing was so amazing. The team guided me every step of the way, from the interview all the way through being hired and handling all the paperwork the company needed from me. They worked as the middle man to make sure there was no confusion on either end. The whole process was smooth and informative. PrideStaff matched my resume to a company that was the right fit, which made my job search so much easier and more effective. I will forever be grateful for PrideStaff for this effortless, effective experience.
