  Accountability is Key** My toddler.has a serious health condition and depends on time-sensitive medical shipments. Unfortunately, we have experienced repeated delivery failures involving both his medically necessary liquid nutrition and his medication. The first incident involved my son's medically necessary liquid nutrition. The hospital's records indicated that the shipment had been delivered on June 26, but it was never delivered to me. Despite the tracking showing it as delivered, the package could not be located, and I received no delivery notification, no photo, no door tag, and no explanation as to where it had been left. The second incident involved my child's medication. I received voicemail messages on June 26, June 29, and July 1 stating there were delivery delays. I was later told the address was incorrect, even though the correct address had been provided from the beginning. The explanations continued to change, and no one accepted responsibility. I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor and was promised a callback that never happened. Instead, I was placed on hold multiple times and eventually told I could pick up the medication myself, even though the location was closing in about 30 minutes. I was then placed on hold again while waiting for a supervisor who never came to the phone. When deliveries involve a child's medically necessary nutrition and medication, accuracy, communication, and accountability are essential. These are not ordinary packages—they are critical to a child's care. The repeated delivery failures, conflicting information, and lack of follow-through created unnecessary stress for my family. I have retained the delivery records, voicemail messages, and call history documenting these incidents. I hope FedEx thoroughly investigates what occurred and takes meaningful action to prevent another family from experiencing the same situation.

  Absolutely the worst customer service Guarantee a package, not delivered and when you call customer service you get no answer.. chat is rude and belligerent Horrible customer service Worst I've ever had to be subjected to Package still missing and lame promises and excuses.

  Do not get your package held here. They didn’t open the container despite the package being on site for over a full day. The manager was not willing to open the container either because it was “too much work”

  I dropped a box before the facility was open. This was a small box, and I had no difficulty putting it in the mailbox. But a larger box cannot fit in the drop box. This facility may consider installing a Dropbox for larger parcels.
