- GRGhulam Nabi RasooliMay 11, 20261.0I scheduled ten appointments all the time I received calls we don't have staff to help you I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The service was slow and poorly managed, with long wait times and little attention to customers. The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful when I asked for assistance with my package. There was also a lack of clear communication about tracking and mailing options, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. The line moved very slowly, and it felt like the counter was understaffed during busy hours. Overall, this location does not meet basic customer service expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve efficiency, staff training, and customer support.

When I asked for the reason, they had the audacity to say they "don't know." Are you kidding me? How can you be this incompetent and unprofessional? This is a complete joke.

Tried to have a deceased family member's mail forwarded to my address and they told me I need to have their ID to verify identity. Huh? All you need is a death certificate and court document confirming you are admin of estate. Go somewhere else if you need to trouble shoot.
- JGJordan GiddensFeb 21, 20261.0Are you guys paid to be rude to those of us trying to mail things…? Every time I come in, I try to be so nice to those of you working there, but why? I am met with rudeness and horrible attitudes every time I come in. If it was not the closest post office to where I am mailing from I would NEVER return. I don’t appreciate being treated so poorly when I try to be as kind as possible every time I visit. Get yourselves together and remember you’re paid to be nice to the postal customers. Sheesh!
