I think they always close early because I’ve been there before when it was close to 12:00 pm and after they finished helping me they closed the counter. Why not just change the hours so people can plan accordingly?

There always seems to be some issue, and they consistently fail to provide the services. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
- MMMeSep 10, 20261.0Floors and walls are filthy. One agent assisting customers. Agent was openly talking to another person on a cell phone w earpiece the entire time he was assisting customers. I will note: he does multi-task seemingly well.
- AMA MackJul 25, 20261.0I visited the post office on Friday morning, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I approached the counter, one employee was assisting a customer while another employee stood behind the counter on her cell phone the entire time. She looked directly at me, chose not to acknowledge me, and returned to using her phone. As a customer, I expected at least a greeting or an offer to assist me. Being completely ignored while an employee was focused on her personal phone was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should always include acknowledging customers, even if there is a brief wait. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers receive the courtesy and service they deserve.
