- ABang bell2 days ago1.0I visited the post office on Friday morning, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I approached the counter, one employee was assisting a customer while another employee stood behind the counter on her cell phone the entire time. She looked directly at me, chose not to acknowledge me, and returned to using her phone. As a customer, I expected at least a greeting or an offer to assist me. Being completely ignored while an employee was focused on her personal phone was unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should always include acknowledging customers, even if there is a brief wait. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers receive the courtesy and service they deserve.

I went to my PO Box in Highland springs and a nice guy who works for these folks told me that they have to drive the mail over to that location from this one. He added that sometimes "The folks in charge FORGET". How the heck do you forget to bring peoples mail? Who the heck is in charge of taking the mail from this main location to the smaller post offices in the area? HATE USPS and HATE that we have to continue to use them.

- AJAmber JonesApr 5, 20262.0Whoever the mail person that delivers Saturdays and some other days when our normal mail person is not on route on Parrish ave and raspberry patch and surrounding streets on that side needs to pay better attention when someone's flag is up they have things in there that have to be sent out and sometimes they dont like putting people's mail in the mailbox not fair at all
