She's very rude, unfriendly, and talked to the other person behind the counter laughing at me. She can't even answer a very basic question about package tracking. Don't know what she's proud of and why she could get the job.

I have had no problems with my PO box the past year and they have always gone out of the way to assist me with any issues.
