- GRG Ro4 days ago1.0I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE USPS DRIVER ASSIGNED TO MY HOME ADDRESS. This driver repeatedly refuses to deliver my mail and packages because they apparently don’t want to get out of the vehicle. There is no safety issue no dog, easily accessible mailbox, and I live in a quiet residential neighborhood. When my trash cans are placed near the mailbox, they are still positioned to the side and do not block access to the mailbox. However, because they take up some space, the driver apparently cannot maneuver the vehicle close enough to deliver the mail. Instead of parking or getting out and taking a few steps to reach the mailbox, the driver simply does not deliver. My mail and packages are unnecessarily delayed because of the driver’s refusal to properly perform the delivery. This is not acceptable, especially when there is no safety concern or reasonable access issue. USPS management needs to address this ongoing problem and hold the driver accountable for consistently failing to deliver mail and packages. I should not have to deal with repeated delays because a driver does not want to maneuver around the trash cans or get out of the vehicle. DO BETTER, USPS!!!
