Her name is Nancy, and I can't tell you how much she helped me when I was trying to locate a letter that was marked as delivered but was not in my mailbox. Nancy went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to investigate the issue and keeping me informed throughout. Thanks to her persistence, the letter was eventually located. Without Nancy's help, I would have had no choice but to contact the relevant authorities or USCIS to request a replacement EAD, which would have been both time-consuming and stressful. Nancy is a real asset to the USPS, and you should be very proud to have her on your team. Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service she provided. Thank you.

I am also used to seeing a line 15 people deep what I am not used to is it taking 15-20 minutes for two people to do two customers. A busy Saturday, only two people at the desk and one guy is doing 30 minute applications for passports and only that the other one was the slowest. Luckily all I needed was MOs and can get those elsewhere, after half hour and line barely moving, I walked out. For what it costs the average joe to ship now in these days, this service is pathetic. Do better.
