  I had an amazing experience at the Staples in Harrisonburg, especially thanks to Emily in the printing department. I accidentally submitted the wrong image for a print order and ran into a few issues, but Emily went above and beyond to help me. She reprinted my order multiple times, was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process, and made sure everything turned out perfectly. Honestly, it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. If you need any printing services or have questions about a project, I highly recommend this Staples location. The staff truly cares about helping their customers, and Emily made what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you again!

  I came here the other day and politely asked for help with printing something. The gentlemen working the printer section was incredibly rude and dismissive. It was a bother to him to try and answer simple questions about the type of printing I had needed. Overall I am disappointed with how I was treated - however the girl working the cash register was very sweet! Promote her fire him!

  I’ve been to this staples a few times and never had this problem until today. The worker today was extremely rude we were only trying to print out something but the worker there was so rude and was annoyed every time we asked for help. Thought workers were supposed to help you out? Mind you we were first and it wasn’t busy but somehow he served us last? Extremely rude and worst experience ever. I would not recommend going here. If I could rate this a 0 stars I definitely would. Seriously yall need to check who you hire.
