  I was helped by Keith Ratner who provided exceptional customer service while I was picking up my posters with my friend. He was very friendly, informative and even offered to help if there were any issues with the poster print.

  Sharon and Emily were so incredibly helpful with my printing project! I needed a specific size and they were able to take care of me and have it ready by the next day. They were so fun and so kind and I am very grateful!

  This Staples needs to work on their customer service and getting to customers when they need to be checked out. My husband and I had to make a return and a purchase, and we stood in line for about 15 minutes. There was an employee at the party section and she was inflating balloons for a customer. She finally looked at us and said she would be with us as soon as she could. While she was inflating a balloon, she was on her phone and I don't know if it was a personal call, but she was just talking and taking forever to get the balloon inflated. By this time there was another family in line behind us and they were waiting to be checked out too. A man came in to do an Amazon return and someone from the printing area called him over there and took care of him. Then he came to check us out and couldn't do it because he wasn't authorized to do returns. So he had to call the woman over who was doing the balloons. She quickly did our return and purchase and then said she needed to get back to the balloons because that order was supposed to have been finished by 12, and it's 12:15. So I'm not sure if the family behind us was able to check out right after us or if they had to wait until the balloon order was finished. This store needs to hire more employees to take care of customers and not make them wait. And when there is an order to be filled, it needs to be done before the time promised, instead of waiting until the customer comes to pick it up.

  I've had a couple bad experiences at this staples, but today's balloon order made me write a review. I ordered balloons for a pick up at 12:00. The balloons were not only not ready, she had no idea there was a balloon order, or how to look it up, or where my selected balloons were. She had a terrible time filling them. It didn't look like she had ever filled balloons, and the bouquet looked sloppy. I also had a bad Amazon return experience. I returned a $80 item and Amazon wouldn't refund it because they say it was never returned. Staples doesn't give Amazon return receipts. Do better Staples. Hire people that are worth their wages!

  They lock the bathrooms with combinations. Bathrooms all the way in back of store. Once you find out you have to walk all the way to front. Also 90% of the people are there are just amazon returns. They take time from people who actually shop here. Stop doing amazon returns or you wont have any customers because I get tired of waiting 15 minutes for people who dont even shop here.
