- BTBella TylerSep 19, 20261.0⭐️ After multiple instances of poor treatment from the manager—and witnessing her belittle other customers—I eventually began recording my interactions. She is consistently rude, raises her voice, gets visibly agitated, and refuses to provide receipts for more than three packages at the counter, even when the store is empty. She also frequently stays in the back instead of assisting customers. I submitted video evidence to USPS Customer Service, but nothing was done. Since she is the only employee I encounter at this location, I’ve completely stopped going here.

I was told - whilst in an empty* post office with no line, after the employee got back from a "5 minute break on her phone at the window, that they'll only "scan THREE prepaid packages at once". I said I could go back around the island and pretend I'm a new customer as the building was empty.... However, when asked if I need to buy labels, she stated she could do as many as I needed (though that takes much longer).
