- OOOceanJun 29, 20261.0This particular post office holds on to your package longer than the time expected. I was supposed to receive my package today 6/29/26 by 9pm but no nothing! Mind you, it says on the usps website that my package was accepted by usps on the 28th at 332am so why has it not been delivered to me as of the time I am writing this review which is 6/29 at 1015pm? I lt already took long from the sender and then the nerve of usps to hold on to it bc I guess to worker didn't want to work a minute past their time huh but why would it say "by 9pm" if there was no one to deliver that late? I am pissed bc that is my book for school that I really need. This post office needs alot of work when it comes to mail being delivered on time and mail being put in the wrong mailboxes where I live which is 23666
- VWVictoria WilliamsJun 11, 20265.0Today I went for my passport appointment and the service was excellent. Shoutout to Asia “AJ” who handled my appointment, she was patient and very helpful. She even made photocopies of my documents because UPS did it incorrectly. She let me know when I will be able to check my status online for my passport and explained what I keep a copy of and what goes out with the application! Super helpful and super friendly. The post office was really clean and the AC was blasting which helps in this heatwave.
- TJTalahnie JonesMay 27, 20261.0The worst it says on website open but they don't open until 9:30am to get to customer service anyway then I received notice to go to my regular post office they don't receive packages anymore I redirected to go to Aberdeen again after going through calling to make sure I'm going to the right place nope I was told customer service doesn't have updated information you would think to call them and let them know that so here I am in line waiting for Aberdeen to open at 9:30am it's a mess if I wanted to pick up every package I wouldn't order online I would go to the mall and buy it USPS makes things impossible when you don't wanna deal with them you gotta deal with them in order to find where your package is
