- AJAngela JohnsonSep 9, 20261.0The staff member was rude and unprofessional. She refused to exchange the five stamps I’d just purchased for a whole book, saying it would "mess up her register." What?!! I think she was afraid to calculate the difference. Aaron Weaver (running for Hampton City Council) was behind me in line. He stepped forward, paid for a book of stamps, and gave me his book for my 5 stamps. Wow! There is more good than evil in the world- Believe.

USPS not only sent a package of mine to my old VA address, but delivered it to the WRONG HOME and can't even tell me which home it is so I can have a family member pick it up! When the numbers are on a mailbox, how can you screw it up that badly? Not only was it the wrong old home, it is an hold home over 500 miles from where I now live and my change of address has been in their system for MONTHS. USPS keeps telling me to call this office and NO ONE WILL ANSWER. 0 stars.
