- CBCharis BowlingAug 10, 20261.0I got there right at 0900 when they were supposed to open and they were still closed. After 15 minutes of waiting, I left. I’m unsure what time they actually open.

- ARAnthony RodallegasJul 14, 20264.0It's been a decent time here, much better than dorm mail place next to the DFAQ, but recently that have been understaffed and the process for getting mail seems strange. I'll hopefully go to another place soon to reduce difficulties

B.Jun 10, 20261.0UPDATE: returned on a Saturday at 10 am (and again at 1030 am) and the storefront was again locked with light off and no one inside and no “Sorry for the unplanned closing or closed for the holiday weekend” note on the door. I’m not sure this place is still in business?? I’ve shown up mid-morning to a helpful staff member in the past. I showed up today at 4:20pm to a closed storefront with no signage except the hours stating they are open until 6 pm after making a specific trip onto base to drop this package off at the seller’s designated location.
- VMVanessa MartinezFeb 20, 20265.0I arrived at this Ups with 15 packages, unfortunately some were mislabeled, a mess but the clerk working Edwin Franco,was outstanding,he was so kind and even waited on other customers, helped me to get all my labels right and always with a smile and calming me down because I was so upset with myself.I used to go to the Todds lane UPS, but about a year ago I tried this one at Langley and I wouldnt go anywhere else.Never had a situation like today thats why Im writing this.This young man did an outstanding job in assisting me and I really thinks he should be recognized for such an OUTSTANDING JOB!!
