- DIDavid IrbyNov 12, 20222.0Time of mail delivery is very unreliable. Mail can arrive anywhere between 10 am and 9 pm, or not at all. They apparently have no back up plan if a carrier is out sick or finds an undelivered parcel in their vehicle at the end of their shift. I've waited for packages several times that were shown on their website as "out for delivery" but didn't arrive until the next business day or later. Even worse, they mark the package "available for pick up" (at the Post Office) and don't redeliver it at all. Packages are routinely misrouted, arriving late. Getting my mail at 9 pm or not at all on a given day is simply unacceptable. Don't even bother with online chat, as you just stay on hold for 20 minutes before being advised that no agents are available.
