- BBBaileeJun 20, 20261.0Terrible. Mail carrier marked package as no access to delivery location and she didn’t even run. Called the main office and they kept making excuses. Same exact thing today package isn’t delivered. Complete laziness and lack of service. Hopefully they can fire every single one of them and get new workers. I’ve never experienced someone to be so lazy when they sit in a car ALL day long and just reach out of the window.

On one hand they're usually nice and friendly for all the complaints that come through, however on the other I have lost packages through them and yesterday I called to let them know I had two packages of honeybees come in, this morning at 8:05 they called to let me know they came in. I stopped by at 8:45 to get them and the doors are locked to the help area so I waited and one of the workers came by. I told them that I was here to get my honey bees and they said I'd have to come back because they are closed and open in fifteen minutes. I told them that I'd have to leave due to a doctor's appointment and wouldn't be able to wait and asked if I could go on and get them and they said no not until they open. I understand I was early and that's my fault, but if you don't want people showing up early why call an hour before you open, especially to pick up expensive live honey bees. Thanks for wasting my time.
