Instead they'll lie and mark it as pickup successful. I'm so tired of lazy drivers, I'm just going to stick with UPS for my business needs.

Supremely unhelpful and dismissive, regularly “out” of items like customs forms, say their systems for online shipping labels are “down,” can’t help with anything and just tend to shake their heads at you and blink like you asked them to do a backflip before sending your mail.

During the snowstorm when mail was not able to be delivered, they handled the chaos at the branch well. A package of mine was recently marked as delivered and not in my mail box. I filled out a report and received a phone call AND a resolution on the same day. The mail carrier knew which mailbox my package had been delivered to and was able to retrieve it. That's going above and beyond and I appreciate it!
