  Staff is from reason being very impatient and was shouting on other customer. When it was my time she was very loud and impatient, was it closing time or something But she was terrifying I felt so difficult and scared to talk and unfriendly with kids In the end when I paid and got the receipt I am not sure if my all documents were put in envelope which I didn't got to choose because she just gave print of receipt and shown me the way to go outside. In past long time back same person gave me incorrect information I.e. I came to print banner but I got the information they don't do it. Later when I went west broad street one she mentioned it was possible for her to take order and pass this information.

  The business is closed on Sundays but will not update their hours online, Google, Apple Maps, even their own website. They made an edit to their hours four weeks ago and still didn’t share they were closed on Sundays.

  Julia saved the day! Stopped here on a whim with a bunch of random returns, and I had made a mistake with some Amazon stuff. Julia was quick to help, switched everything over to UPS drop-off for me, took care of the labels, etc. She was really sweet, patient, and knowledgeable.

  Worst customer service experience. They are rude and very unprofessional. Contacted both UPS and The UPS Store Corporate offices. To find out that the UPS Store is NOT part of UPS. If you use the UPS Store to ship your package via UPS, the UPS Store takes ownership of your package and marks it as restrictive in the UPS system. You can no longer contact UPS to make any delivery changes. If you need to make a delivery change, you have to do it through the UPS Store that you originally used. Each UPS Store is an independent store and they do not work together. Learn from my mistake. Stay away from the UPS Store. Especially this one. Save yourself some time and money. Update. Found out that you can get a free ups.com account. Then you can print off your own label. When you do that, you save 29% off the shipping cost. You can then still drop it off at any UPS drop off point including the UPS store. By doing this, you save money and still have control over your shipment. Take the UPS store out of the picture.

  Found out that the ups store is not really ups. Once it is checked into the ups store, it is now the ups store item. If you need to change the delivery, you cannot do it. Only the ups store. And they are useless. I will never use the ups store again. Worse customer service I have ever had.
