  Going in today around 645 pm I expected some crowd . However the UPS store did not since they had only one employee for at least 15 people . Making it worse he was spending a lot of time with a notary customer ...thank god only one while the store kept getting customers coming in it wasted time especially my amazon return took 1 minute . THey need at least 3 employees at this known busy time and notary services should stop around 5 pm if only one person is on call. My Amazon return didnt need me to provide a label . My last return did that was great .

  Paul and the other staff are very friendly and accommodating. I come in to this location quite often because we have a mailbox there and I see how they interact with customers. They are always pleasant to everyone!

  I pay an extra $5.99 frequently to get delivery to this store when my business will be closed and it’s more convenient to pickup. I have never had an issue with pickup. This time my package got lost and I had to open an investigation before it was available for pickup a week late. Today when I went to pick up for some reason the old man had an issue with my ID address not being my business address, and my first name being shortened but same last name. Wasn’t interested in seeing the proof I offered, didn’t ask for the tracking number, gave me an opened package, and didn’t ask me to sign until I said signature was required. UPS policy states if Last name and address don’t match, you can use tracking number. If it were actually an issue he wouldn’t have given it to me, and I would have had more issues the past year that I have been picking up business packages. I don’t know if this was a gender discrimination issue or dude just wanted to power trip, but it felt like both and the whole thing was so unacceptable

  I had an exceptional experience at UPS thanks to Paul! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I was shipping something very important—my son’s birth certificate—and Paul took the time to walk me through the process, offering valuable information that gave me complete confidence everything was handled correctly. What impressed me even more was how effortlessly he managed the entire store on his own. Despite juggling multiple customers at once, he never made anyone feel rushed or overlooked. Every person received the same level of care, attention, and respect. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, knowledge, and outstanding customer service so seamlessly. Paul truly went above and beyond, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. UPS is fortunate to have him!
