  Angel is literally an angel! She’s helped me for years and is always a friendly face. All the staff are fast and friendly. Best option for mailing needs to avoid the crazy post office.

  Both David and Angel (Manager) are poor mannered and disrespectful towards customers. They're also rude to the new hires forcing tasks that they don't wish to do on to them. Over a 5 year span of doing business at this fedex its been a long line of problems with both Angel and David. David on one occasion opened my package with a box cutter knife that contained a stuffed bear inside even after informing him its a teddy bear for my god child's birthday. Note the bear is from the Vermont Bear Factory very pricey. Second time he dropped my packages on the ground that had fragile stickers and even on the label said perfume. Meanwhile Angel is supposed to be a manager yet lets David get away being rude, forceful and overbearing towards customers that's a poor manager at best. Angel has also forced a disabled customer to rebox his items in one of their boxes offering no assistances even when he asked for help. Clearly not fit for being a manager. My packages have been overcharged several times even though I've taken dimensional weight and actual weight into account I've ran a bussiness for 10 plus years. Both David and Angel need a review and perhaps to move on from this job. I've reached out to cooperate to lodge a complaint and advise all of you to do the same. FedEx should be for the customers.

  Had so many awful experiences with this location ranging over 2 years. Several times they've put their hand on the scales when weighing my items only for my customers to get overcharged and them to say dimensional weight. I've started taking pictures of the items on a scale and next to measuring tapes as proof.

  Refused to ship items unless you purchase a box from them old lady with bad curls is rude and unprofessional and guy thats balding is unprofessional slow and rude.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely LOVE the team at the FedEx Office in Glen Allen! Every single time I come in, I receive exceptional customer service, but I have to give a special shoutout to Naomi and Angel. Naomi is AMAZING! She is always friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how busy the store is, she maintains such a positive attitude and always makes me feel like a valued customer. She works quickly, answers all of my questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It is so refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Angel, the store manager, is just as phenomenal. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and excellence. You can truly tell she cares about both her customers and her team. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive, and she consistently ensures that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. As a small business owner, I print a lot of materials, and this location has become my go-to because of the outstanding service I receive. Naomi and Angel have made every experience stress-free, pleasant, and efficient. Their customer service deserves to be recognized! Thank you both for always going the extra mile.
