  I was in a great mood this morning until I walked into the UPS Store. The lady at the counter was very rude and talked down to me because my return was in a package. She said IT CLEARLY STATES ITEM ONLY in original packaging not in an envelope or box. She ripped it open and slamed the amazon envelope on the counter. Then asked in a very huffy way "do you need a receipt." I picked up the amazon envelope and tossed it in the trash on my way out. I said Thank you but not a word from her. Not nice at all! They need someone who actually likes the customers and makes them feel welcome. There are ways to speak to customers and that's not it!

  Stopped by to drop off a Amazon return today and the Lady that helped was very un-professional was very hatful and sarcastic i hope i never have to go in there again. One more thing. Ive read through a bunch of reviews others has made and does anyone with UPS ever read these because theres a bunch of other people thats had the same experience with the same lady and she hasn't changed her attitude at all seems like anything we say doesn't matter.

  Came in today and short lady with black/gray hair was so rude and acted like I was a bother coming in to return a package and had an awful attitude to me and other customers infront of me.

  continence and ease of usage, price was a lot more than what I expected and I also had to go and get a handwritten paper typed up
