I was help by an Asian lady who instructed me to write down my address. A male by the name of Charles came to the next cashier window. The lady that was helping me tried to hand my information to him. Charles started screaming and yelling at this lady. This guy should not be working in customer service. There is a problem at this post office when your associates act this way. Reading other reviews, it seems to be the normal for this location. Management needs to address this concern immediately.
