- JFJoy FergusonJun 30, 20265.0I'm giving 5 stars - not to the Postal Service - but to the employees that are working here day after day dealing with all the changes to services while being completely understaffed, and having to hear people complain about things they have no control over whatsoever. They are honestly with you and let you know when your mail isn't going to make it on time. Thank you for all you do and I am sorry you have to deal with so much ugliness.

There are a few very nice and polite employees but the rest of the folks I've interacted with are either rude or incompetent, or both. It's a crap shoot if you ever get anything out of them. And don't bother with submitting a complaint or claim online, they feign concern for your issue and then ghost you, leaving you to do their job and file a claim with whoever you ordered goods from and unfortunately used the USPS to try and send it to you. As a fellow federal employee, just why?

I've complained numerous times and still the same results, no changes. Someone needs to be fired asap!!!!!!
