That they have down to a SCIENCE. I used to think closing the USPS would be a terrible thing for someone who used to pay an employees salary in shipping costs each year... but now.. there is nothing I would want more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. USPS/FEDEX/Carrier Pidgeon/Hopes and Prayers have a better chance at helping you.

We schedule a passport appointment and wait 20 minutes past our appointment time (with no one else in the waiting room) to have to deal with this cranky old lady that clearly hates her job. I will do my best to avoid this place in the future.
