Don’t get me wrong, they seem good at screening applications and making sure requirements are met, but that is about where the customer service ends. They are not very accommodating, and the amount of people I saw getting sent back for something as simple as missing a copy of an ID or document was ridiculous. I understand passport applications have rules, but a little basic assistance would go a long way. I ended up going down the road to another passport office, and the difference was night and day. Not only did they make a copy of my ID and process my application, but the clerk actually seemed like they wanted to help. I would recommend trying another location if you have the option.
