  This location literally deserves zero stars!!! They need to close this location in Spotsylvania towne center! Explain to me why I go into this location to mail off a small item in a mailer bag. The lady tells me it’s going to be almost $12!!! I ask why is it costing this much she says because it’s a package very rudely. I then tell her that when I looked online to see how much it was gonna cost. It should have been only a few dollars she says no it’s a package, with zero explanation other than “ it’s a package” I said OK never mind. I took it and I left. From there I went downtown Fredericksburg to mail off the exact same package as she called it at the Fredericksburg post office and the cost was a little over two dollars. So I don’t know if this lady’s pocketing the money or what’s going on. But either way I will never come back to this location again!!!!

  Rushed here today, (5/15/26) on my lunch break to make sure I get there before noon when they close and the door was already locked at 11:45am. The lady quickly ducked away when she saw me approaching. Must be nice we when you can give yourself an extra long lunch break.

  Very disappointed. The lady that works there either is over worked or hates her job. She was not very helpful, and kind of rude. I witnessed her intraction not only with myself but also with others. Even though it was very convenient, the services was horrible. She never talked to me when I was at the counter. She talked to the gentleman that was working in the back the whole time, never even making eye contact. She only spoke to me when I would ask her a question, and was kind of rude. I would only god her again for convenience not for the service

  Mentions on the main door that this place opens at 10 am but when I got there it was 10:40 am and it was still closed. When I checked with the USPS driver sitting in his truck outside, I was told that the USPS store manager was running late as she was still at a bank! Nevertheless I left and went to UPS. These incompetent and lazy workers need to be fired.

  I have contacted the post office so many time with package delivery issues. I live in a 55 and older apartment building. When our usual courier isn't here we had one person that stuffed our packages in our tiny mail box when they are supposed to bring it to our door. They smash our packages, break items, or drop them outside, or dump them on a table for a free for all to our mail. Friday's were good for a while but now my packages are stuffed and destroyed once again Friday's and weekends. I have called and tried to fix the problem multiple times. Sometimes even the person working for USPS in customer service doesnt help either and should not be in customer service. I am sick of it. Its not that difficult. DONT STUFF MY PACKAGES IN MY the TINY APARTMENT MAIL BOX. DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT CANT FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS, DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT SPEAK ENGLISH,.AMD.XANNOT READ IT EITHER, THEY USE AN INTERPRITOR APP ON THEIR PHONE ,DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT GOING TO BE TRAINED PERIOD. IT IS AN APARTMENT BUILDING WE ARE NOT A BIG FAMILY LIVING TOGETHER. ITS AN APARTMENT BUILDING. WOULD YOU JUST LEAVE PACKAGES FOR A NEIGHBORHOOD AT THE FIRST HOUSE? MAYBE THAT FIRST HOUSE WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE GETS THEIR MAIL. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.
