  Stopped in Staples to buy a cheap desk calendar. I walked into the store and found the calendar section with a decent selection, but all were priced high for what would be a 6 month calendar. I remembered that this location had a cardboard popup of desk calendars in years past at the entrance. They still do The oddest thing was that the popup had a top section and a bottom section with identical, Staples branded desk calendars. The top one was $9.99. The bottom one was $6.99. They were absolutely the same calendar with the exception of one digit of the product SKU number. A bit deceptive as most people grab from the top bunch of calendars and pay 33% more for the identical item. The store was surprisingly busy with an employee calling for backup to assist in dealing with a line of customers. The line was not to purchase anything, but to pickup packages that had been shipped to the store. When the manager came from the back she asked the 6 or 7 customers standing in line, " Is anyone making a purchase or is everyone picking up a package?" I was the only one buying an item from the store. I was today years old when I found out that the reason Staples still exists is because you can get your UPS or Amazon package delivered to the store for pickup. This store is organized and clean, but kinda gloomy. Didnt like the pricing gimmick. Curious how long the store will stay open.

  Staff is always helpful and attentive! They always get my thing done in a timely manner if not earlier! Absolutely always go here for all my printing needs !!!

  I was soooo happy to find Diane (Office Depot) working at my local Staples store now! She is always so helpful and kind. I will be getting all my office supplies at Staples on Plank Rd! What a great addition to this team.

  If you have trouble walking then Staples is not for you. It almost seems like they don't think that disabled people would need stationary supplies. While not exactly rude, they were not exceptionally helpful either. Will probably never shop here again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashton was absolutely amazing helping me bind my nursing school study guide book! He took the time to explain everything and even added a clear film cover and plastic backing to make it look professional and durable. He was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The original bundle I brought in had been printed on really poor-quality paper, and instead of just doing the job anyway, he recommended that I reprint everything on better paper so it would come out nicer and last longer. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. He was extremely informative, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. Customer service like his is hard to find these days — Ashton seriously deserves a raise!
