- PSPete Shultz3 days ago1.0Went in to drop off Amazon returns. Another person was in line at the desk before me. The one cashier was helping customers in the normal checkout line. One after another, she kept helping every customer that came into the line without any regard for the folks in the Amazon return line. After she kept helping new customers, I finally asked when the folks that were here first were going to be helped. Her response: "Sir, Staples customers come first. That's just the way it is." If Staples is going to be partnered with Amazon to accept returns, they need to extend the same courtesy to Amazon customers that they do for Staples customers. Otherwise, Staples needs to end its partnership with Amazon if they have no interest in helping those customers. I'll never go back to this Staples.

If there is new management they need to step it up immediately, and what happened to the old staff! I have been shopping here for over ten years for my business downtown on a near weekly basis and Staples should be ashamed for what I have seen the store turning into.
