  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chelsea and the team at FedEx. They have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with all of my printing needs. Whether it's for business, work, church events, or personal projects, they always provide exceptional customer service with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Chelsea takes the time to answer questions, explain options, and ensure every project is completed correctly. No matter how large or complex the job, she makes the process stress-free and always treats me with genuine care and respect. It is comforting to know that I have a trusted printing partner right here in my community. Their dedication to customer service and quality work is truly appreciated.   10/10. I worked with Mr. Jordan today on creating my vow cards. He was patient and very kind. He wanted to perfect literally everything and helped me with my finished work! This man deserves a raise!

  I came to this FedEx Office in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and was greeted by Mitchell and his office manager, Chelsea, who were extremely cordial, direct, and remarkably helpful. They demonstrated outstanding customer service and helped facilitate an incredibly busy day during this out-of-town work trip, so much so that I felt like I had an overwhelming rush of oxytocin coursing through my veins from how pleasant the experience was. Now, perhaps I’m being a bit hyperbolic, but I genuinely enjoyed the level of customer service I received. Mitchell was honestly one of the coolest cats I’ve met in a while, think Ron Swanson. And Chelsea had this wonderful personality and subtle yet incredibly helpful nature about her that’s difficult to properly quantify other than to say she is a genuinely kind spirit. I truly appreciated the help she offered me, even while clearly under the weather and looking like she needed a nice bowl of homemade chicken soup and a cool pillow to rest her head on. The help and support I received from Mitchell and Chelsea were absolutely invaluable, and considering the week I’d had, this was easily the highlight. Having competent people show you respect and kindness while you’re dealing with stressful and turbulent situations in life and work can completely change the outlook of your day, and that’s exactly what Mitchell and Chelsea did for me. They took a tremendous amount of stress off my plate, provided exceptional customer service with speed, accuracy, and care, and had me on my way within about 45 minutes of arriving. That was absolutely stellar and made my life just a little bit easier during this work trip (I was handling an emergency print job caused by a series of errors and mix-ups at my company; very stressful during a new product launch!). So thank you very much, Mitchell and Chelsea. Y’all are rock stars, and you made my time here in Virginia so much better, even if only for today. I will not forget how well I was treated during my visit to your store. For anyone else reading this: I cannot recommend this FedEx Office in Fredericksburg highly enough. In fact, I’d venture to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a FedEx Office. Whether you’re local or from out of town, if you need to ship something, get a print job done correctly, or even just make a few copies, do not hesitate to come to this store and let Chelsea and her team take care of you.   I go to UPS and they charge me access to print a return label+ print their printer didn’t detect my USB. HERE they don’t even charge me for this. And The printers works. I will come here moving forward
