  Shipping my package was quick, efficient and the gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly. The store was also able to print some documents I needed. Great experience!

  *BEWARE* If you order anything and have it shipped to this UPS store. They charge you to pick it up. The only thing the guy did was get my package and put it on the counter. Nothing additional. It’s a shame how some businesses that are allowed to operate on a military base is a means to get over on service members. The store I purchased from didn't indicate there maybe a fee that way I could have decided if that was the route I wanted to take.

  Last week, I went here to get something scanned and sent somewhere. The lady with the red locs in her hair was extremely rude to begin with. Moved on anyway and asked her if she could scan the documents. The girl takes it upon herself to mix the paperwork up and make one sided copies (for two sided documents) and then asked me to fix it and find the second page(s). I looked at the paperwork and told her I didn’t even know where to begin because she mixed the paperwork up. She then proceeded to pretty much tell me to figure it out and walked off and told me to let her know when I was ready. I said nevermind, gathered my paperwork, put them back in order, and was ready to leave. The girl then charged me for the “copies I made” (the same ones I never requested). I would never recommend going here, never the less speaking to this employee. This was ridiculous to say the least. I ended up scanning everything from my phone to complete the task so what was it I was actually being charged for?
