- MGMelanie GormanAug 5, 20261.0This post office is honestly just a joke. Was supposed to get something delivered to my place of work here on base. Said it was delivered after I was already at work so I checked around with the surrounding businesses since I didn't get it at mine, it was not. So then I check it again said I came and picked it up which is impossible because again I'm at work working a 13 hour shift. So I called them, 25 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER!! the best part? I go into the actual store today to see what In the world is going on? The lady there checked in the mail for me said they didn't have it asked me to leave my info down IF not when IF they find it. so I did. And as I'm writing it down I ask "just out of curiosity are your phones down?" And she says "no they're not why do you ask?" So I tell her that I called 25 times with no answer for her to ask if I was calling the local office not the corporate and I show her that I was calling this one and she just kinda shrugged it off. Long story short don't order anything to base here if you're going through the post office. Order it to someone off base if you can.

I literally watch mail truck stop at mail box and leave and got notified that my package has been delivered but postal worker never dropped off package. Did not come to my door or did not leave it in mailbox. This is not the first time this has happened. If you are not delivering my package why mark it as delivered.
