- CCCicocaJul 3, 20261.0I wish I could give them a negative rating. This post office by far is the worst that I’ve ever dealt with. I have more packages that says delivered but never reach me. Not everyone is honest, so sometimes I don’t get my package. I’ve received others packages as well! They seem to not be concerned if they’re delivering the mail to the correct address. Tomorrow, once again I have to reach out to the postmaster, but this time I may have to go up the chain of command. It’s ridiculous!…….Since submitting this review we’ve had another package lost but found by another resident. I live in an apartment complex. I received a notice that I had a package delivered. Of course, it wasn’t there. The same resident told us where we could get our lost package. The carrier put our package along with several others all in the same open mailbox. Luckily, he was honest and told us where to go, because his was lost as well. What should’ve happen if the box was not big for the package then she would put it in a locker below and put the key in our box with the corresponding locker number. What she did was take all packages that couldn’t fit and put everyone’s in the same locker and left the locker open! It’s time to dig deeper on this one. I’m sick and tired of this nonsense. It has happened so many times I’ve lost track. I’ll be checking for some legal recourse. If you would like to join in please let me know!
- MRMonil RanaJun 29, 20261.0Update 1: who exactly attempts to deliver at 11:19 pm from USPS. USPS Forest location is really testing my patience. On June 27, one of my packages was marked “Location Inaccessible.” My office was open. It was completely accessible. Then today, June 29, I decided to sit outside and wait for the USPS carrier because I had another package scheduled for delivery, while the previous one was still sitting in the system with no resolution. And, to no surprise, lo and behold, the carrier drove right past my office without even slowing down, let alone attempting a delivery. So what exactly was the excuse this time? If you’re not going to deliver the package, at least be honest about it. Don’t make up tracking updates to cover the fact that you never even tried. These aren’t random online purchases. They’re equipment I need to keep my fleet operating. Every missed delivery costs my business time and money while someone else can’t be bothered to do the one thing they’re literally paid to do. Do your job, or stop pretending you’re even trying.
- TBTony BarnettJun 29, 20261.0I am sitting in my driveway at 1078 Lindenshare Drive, Forest, Va waiting for something that is not going to happen. Namely, US Mail delivery along with a package that states it was at the Forest post office to be delivered to my house by 7:00 p.m. It is currently 7:25 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2026. I need the package to complete an urgent project by tonight. At 7:10 p. m. tonight I drove up and down every street in the Farmington subdivision. Waste of expensive fuel. No mail vehicles in site anywhere. Even worse, I know they won’t show tonight. Nothing unusual for the Forest, Virginia post office. Oh, yeah, the post office sent their usual message this morning showing the mail and package to be delivered here today. They have no respect for customers and I have no respect for them. This is more usual than unusable in this area. Tomorrow I have to waste more time calling the post office general. Who won’t care either. If you have no plans to deliver say so and I can go somewhere else for the parts needed. Then return them if they ever arrive. The post office needs total change of people and policy.
