- TBTaylor BattersonJun 20, 20261.0I got a call at 7:05 this morning that I had a package to pick up at the post office (which were hatching eggs). I said great ill be over there shortly( was never told I had to wait until 9am). Ive order chicks and birds before and was told I could pick up prior to opening time so stupid me thought this was no different. Instead I got bitched out by a different employee for asking for the package I just got the call for. She was so rude, no people skills whatsoever wouldn't let me explain my confusion. Told me she wouldn't allow me to pick up my packages before 9am again and gave me all my other mail that was supposed to be delivered today.

- ASAnnette ShivelyJul 23, 20242.0Typically good service, but this past year if a package does not quite fit in the mailbox, it has been shoved into the box, where I have had great difficulty retrieving it. I am sure if it is so difficult to retrieve, it must be just as hard to shove in. Before these where left by the garage door. Today, the package didn't fit to the point that the mailbox was left open in the rain. My package is still there because I'm going to need help freeing it.
- STShannon TateNov 10, 20231.0Leaves packages in the ditch, exposed to elements and available to be stolen. This was never an issue a few years ago. How the service has fallen... They will throw them in the ditch 100x before actually removing themselves from the car seat.
