- RRRamchandra RegmiJul 29, 20261.0I had a passport appointment scheduled for 2:00 p.m. I arrived 15 minutes early with my wife and our two children, but we were asked to wait another 30 minutes. In the end, we were not called until 2:36 p.m. It was a very disappointing experience, especially after arriving early with my family. It was an unforgettable and frustrating experience for us.

Just needed a small amount of tape to close my box and she made me buy tape for it instead because that’s “how we make our money.” I didn’t think it would be such an issue. No kindness or any sense of urgency whatsoever. Had a long line as soon as I got there too. Very cold.
