My husband and I both took leave from work (both must be present at the appointment) and arranged to take our children out of school. One hour before our appointment (on a Friday afternoon), Tracy called us to cancel. There was no answer when I called back for more information. I guess the staff wanted to take off early for the weekend. A terrible experience that has really set us back in terms of getting passports for our upcoming travel. Now we will certainly have to pay to expedite our applications.
