  I had a very disappointing experience with the employee who answered the phone this morning, July 29, 2026 at 10:53AM. I believe she had an Indian accent. I called because I dropped off my UPS packages on Friday, July 24, 2026, and the tracking information had not been updated. I was concerned that the packages might still be at the location, so I simply asked if she could check once I provided the necessary information. Instead of assisting me, she responded very rudely. She told me there had been no internet the previous week and insisted that all packages had already been sent out, saying there was no need for her to check. She also stated that she needed to help the customer in front of her and that she would call me back later "if she wanted to." I found this response extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she spoke so quickly that I could not understand it. She then told me that I could complain to the manager if I wanted to, in a manner that suggested she did not care. She repeated that she needed to help another customer and then hung up on me. I tried calling back several times, but it appeared that my calls were being ignored. I understand that employees can be busy, especially when helping customers in person. However, that does not excuse speaking disrespectfully to customers over the phone or hanging up on them. If she was unable to assist me immediately, she could have politely explained the situation and offered to return my call. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

  Incredible. I’ve been trying for a couple days now to mail some packages and their Internet has been down for days. Don’t even bother trying.

  Delivery driver in a box truck blocked us into a parking spot and refused to move or apologize for the inconvenience. They said it was their delivery space, but literally just in the middle of the parking lot…

  Changing my review bc Brett promised my package would be sent. Now four days later after numerous calls and emails no one can find my package. Horrible service. Incompetent staff. Don’t go here
