We ended up with a cart full of things, but despite getting to register shortly after closing time, staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Would definitely shop here again based on the staff.

When we explained that we needed assistance measuring and cutting a 8.5 x11 paper to fit our 8x10 board, he responded, “We didn’t produce this, so I can’t help you.” He then told us that the cutting station was self-service and that we just needed to lift the handle and cut it ourselves. It was confusing and frustrating that he approached us offering help, only to immediately dismiss our question. We were simply asking for brief guidance so we could measure and cut the board correctly. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unhelpful…. like what was this interaction hahaha

Was waiting "in line" for the cashier to assist me, only to be told by the manager to move over to the other side to start the line since customers think the line is behind me. This was after he approached me the first time to ask "If I was ok?" as I was clearly holding a bag of toner to recycle. After I told him that, he said ok and walks away. So when he asked me to move over the second time, I asked him "Can you help me?" since clearly you have enough time on your hands to check on customers, but not assist in a practical way. After stuttering through "Oh, I thought you were waiting for someone else", he opened another register to recycle my toner. Not a good example of leadership, wasted everyone's time to do a transaction that takes 1 minute.
