Without doubt, the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Submit an order I secured and agreed-upon time for delivery of printer materials. They failed to deliver the lady behind the counter acted like it was no big deal. Looks like a very poorly run operation. I will make a note to go to my corporate office and tell them to stop doing business with these guys absolutely ghastly customer service. If you have something important, I’d look elsewhere.

Terrible experience with their printing services. Paid for same day printing and they took over a week. When I called to ask they said the staff member had been out and then put me on hold and never came back to the phone. When I went in person they told me they had canceled my order without my instructions to do so.

This Staples NEVER has enough people working at the checkout. I always feel so bad for the cashiers who have a massive line and clearly too many other tasks. It makes it a bad experience as a customer and I am sure a bad experience as an employee. Having an average of <1 dedicated person at the checkout is just terrible. At the very least they could add a self checkout so a quick trip in to get one thing doesn’t turn into a 30 minute waste of time.

The person working in the Copy & Print department was unable to assist me with a basic request and did not provide any meaningful explanation or alternative solution. If a request cannot be completed, I believe the customer should be told honestly and professionally rather than being left with the impression that no effort is being made to help. I understand that the department may have a significant backlog and that employees can be under pressure. However, a busy workload should not be an excuse for providing poor customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both communication and customer service at this location.

I recently went to this Staples location to purchase printer cartridges. The store was busy, but George provided quick assistance. He advised that the printer cartridge combo package that I wanted was not in stock, but he could give me separate packages that made up the same combo for the same price.
