I honestly don’t understand how a company worth millions can operate without a real customer support team. No one answers, no one takes ownership, and there’s no way to get timely assistance. It’s a complete waste of customers’ time and a terrible way to run a business. Companies invest millions in building their brand, but without proper customer service, that investment loses its value.

He didn’t greet me. He simply asked if I had an Amazon return and I replied yes and he said “ at the computer”. And that was the end of the interaction. Stores need to be mindful when hiring those GenZees, they don’t have manners and don’t know how to provide great customer service. Is greeting people too hard to do? 5/24/26 at 5 pm.
