My husband and I found out very late on a Monday night, that no one had made programs for my father-in-laws out of town funeral that coming Saturday and it was now up to us. I went to FedEx on Tuesday in a panic, just to see if it would even be possible to first create and then print 150 programs. I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, who not only assured me they could do it, but talked me through how to do it. I ended up emailing him several copies, which, each time, he would print one copy out for me to see if the layout was correct, until I finally got it right. He was even helping me fold them and figure out which way looked the best. When it came time to finally print them all, he included a special promotional discount that I had no idea about and waived the same day fee, so that I would not have to pay extra to have them ready in time to leave for the funeral. Mohammed went above and beyond and was a huge support during a very difficult and overwhelming time. I highly recommend FedEx at the Mosaic and especially Mohammed!
