- SKSookeun KimJun 25, 20261.0Please do not go here. I visited this place twice, yesterday and today, simply to send an international package. Yesterday, a male employee spoke to me in an irritated manner and made me come back again today. The staff’s attitude and way of speaking were rude and unpleasant, and two employees gave me completely different information, so I have no idea whose information was actually correct. In particular, XUAN, whom I met today, explained things in an annoyed tone, was not helpful at all, and ended up wasting even more of my time. Not only do I never want to return to this location, but I also strongly feel that the manager needs to provide better training for the staff.

- SCSandra M ChaseJun 12, 20261.0Seventeen families residing on two of the streets at Olde Fairfax Mews are receiving poor service from this post office. We are not receiving our mail and not having outgoing mail picked up. The rest of Olde Fairfax Mews has a different carrier and has not experienced this lapse in service. This occurred for several days after Memorial Day weekend and it occurred again today, 6/12. Additionally I have mailed a Christmas package to family in PA that was lost and then recovered, a birthday package in March to my brother at his Winchester address, where he has no trouble receiving my cards, that was lost and never recovered. I now use FedEx to ship to him. For some months this USPS branch had had trouble maintaining internet connection, posting a sign that they could only accept cash or check and other services were not available.
