- 3R31 Abigail Martha RiverosAug 18, 20261.0I went there with my dad and we did get there a little before closing and this lady was rude to my father who understands a little bit of English which is why I went there to help him, every single time he tried to talk he was cut off and told to let me speak so she can understand which I thought ok maybe she got mad because we came before closing so I let it go, but I hated how he made my dad feel dumb the whole entire time we where there for not being able to understand everything she said.

The manager came out, I explained again as I did the first time, she understood what needed to be done and explained to the lady who would still not comply to the managers explanation. I was so flustered, I took my service to a different post office near by and guess what, no problem as normal. I gave 2 stars because of the manager.

She was extremely rude, condescending, and arrogant. Unfortunately, she made what should have been a simple visit a very unpleasant experience.
