  I was running behind and came in here right before they closed. They stayed open later to help me out. Everyone was very sweet, efficient, and professional.

  Never have I been chastised and scolded by an employee as to how I should bring my packages in. Non-existant customer service. The lady behaved as if doing her job was an inconvenience and I said as much. She was shaking her head in frustration and disgust. Wont ever return to this store again. Horrible customer service. Disgusting attitude.

  Outstanding and exemplary service always greatly appreciated at this location in Fairfax! The two service women are nothing less than efficient , most caring and humble when completing my business. The store is orderly and offers many options to do business there!!! To date, in whatever time frame is posted for delivery the packages always are delivered exactly on time!!! Thank you to the team at this location for their ongoing service!!! Accolades and applause to both of them!!!

  I had a great experience at this UPS store!! I’d actually never shipped anything like this before and was super nervous because it was fragile and even figuring out how to package it felt stressful lol. The person helping me was really patient and basically walked me through everything and made sure it was packed well before sending it out. I had all my questions answered and more importantly, it got there safely with no issues. Really appreciated the help! They were even able to help me with some other printing that I had. I will definitely be coming back to this store!!

  I was honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews because they don’t reflect my experiences here at all. I’ve always found the staff to be incredibly helpful and willing to go out of their way to help, even when something is outside of their control. I’ve had to ship several packages to my kid at college, and they’ve always taken the time to explain my options, help with packing, and make sure everything was taken care of. I’ve consistently had a great experience here. The store owner especially takes time out of his day to make sure he gives you the best service he can. There’s a reason why I keep coming back to this location! They’re friendly people who care
