Instead of assisting, they just pointed at a computer and told me to do it myself. When I asked how to print, I received blank stares and no clear answers. Honestly, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

I was having a hard day before coming in and failed to see and notice the repairs at the store and I understood that it was my fault for coming in when they were doing repairs in the store but as I was about to apologize for coming in knowing I wouldn’t get help the lady raised her voice at me in a condescending tone and made me feel uncomfortable.
