  Their packaging is deficient, they assume **not sticking** the shipping labels on **your packages in front of you (to ease your minds about your property in their hands) to complete the shipping process in front of you was acceptable. It is substandard service. It was weird. We did not see this kind of shipping service "etiquette" anywhere else. What if the shipping labels were then plastered on other boxes by human mistake or they had other emergency they couldn't finish plastering the labels on your boxes or goods, your boxes or goods are then reported missing or you will not receive your money/credit back from the merchants (whom you try to return these boxes items back to them). Substandard service.

  Came in with an international shipment and a few questions on the process and taping it up. Najia was extremely helpful explaining what needed to be done and even taped up and photocopied my ripped label to ensure it got to its destination with the correct labeling. Thanks to Najia, Nutley street is now my preferred UPS store.

  Not very nice people. Packaging was labeled and paid for, tried to come up with any excuse to charge me for something. Dropped off at CVS, no charge.

  The people who run this store are always so kind and patient and really good at what they do. Even when there's been a long line, they've handled everything so smoothly and efficiently that the line moves quickly, nobody gets anxious, and it feels almost small town. I know it's "just" a UPS, but there's truly a positive vibe going on here. Thank you!
