- AJAsher JosephMay 13, 20261.0The three times I’ve been here I’ve had to redo my order at least once, I made three separate transactions today and Matthew acted like I was an idiot who couldn’t understand that half of the transaction went through said I got my tape for free (I didn’t, it was on the first order) after he had clarified with the associate helping me. I got that dude, I wish you would simply be useful and not have me there for an hour

- JMJohn MuroApr 6, 20261.0I don't think I've once seen them actually open on time. Incredibly frustrating. They're expected to open at 9:00 a.m. and it's currently 9:15 a.m. and the staff member is walking around the store not making eye contact with anyone waiting outside

Please save yourself some time and go to a different UPS store if you want to be respected as a customer. I don’t know how the franchise gave the owner an opportunity to run the UPS store.
