- SOSaad EL OuazzaniAug 22, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I came to this UPS Store on Saturday, August 22 at around 1:15 PM specifically to have a passport photo taken. The employee at the front desk told me, in a very rude and dismissive manner, “We are not currently offering this service.” I completely understand if the service was temporarily unavailable, but there was no reason to communicate it in such an unfriendly and dismissive way. Customer service and basic courtesy make a big difference. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this location.
