  I was parked next to this store in a corner public parking spot. The UPS truck fully blocked me in upon my return. I asked the two store attendants to help me get the driver to move the truck and they told me I needed to stand outside in the 105° heat to wait for the driver and ask him myself. The driver was apparently inside, but I they wouldn’t look. I understand UPS Store is not UPS, but the truck in the middle of delivering to that business should not be the responsibility of patrons.

  Waited 25 minutes in line while one staff member assisted customers and the other staff member ignored the line and worked the packages. No eye contact, just scanning and moving packages instead of focusing on the increasing volume of customers.

  The three times I’ve been here I’ve had to redo my order at least once, I made three separate transactions today and Matthew acted like I was an idiot who couldn’t understand that half of the transaction went through said I got my tape for free (I didn’t, it was on the first order) after he had clarified with the associate helping me. I got that dude, I wish you would simply be useful and not have me there for an hour

  This ups store is not good, when you go for Amazon return, they gonna charge you $2:00 each for print return label and they force us to buy return bag and rapping tape . Other ups store doesn’t charge for print return label. Don’t go this ups sore

  I don't think I've once seen them actually open on time. Incredibly frustrating. They're expected to open at 9:00 a.m. and it's currently 9:15 a.m. and the staff member is walking around the store not making eye contact with anyone waiting outside
