  Mike is beyond grumpy, he is racist! I just started going to this post office within the last 2 months. He has always been chatty and jovial to people who seem like regulars (and who don’t have brown skin). When I have approached the counter he has never spoken to me nor made eye contact. When others would leave he’d say “have a nice day, come back soon.” On the first two occasions that I was there as I left he said “don’t come back”. At first I thought he was joking. I asked if he was, and he said “no”. Today was my 3rd visit to the post office. Again, he was kind and chatty with others but didn’t acknowledge me. When I approached the counter, before I could say anything, he grabbed the unsealed box I was holding out of my hands and roughly opened it. When I told him that I just needed to purchase the box he rudely pushed it back towards me. I paid for the box and before I finished picking up my change he reached around the plexiglass divider, pushed my hand out of the way and pushed the excellent service - happy face button. I was shocked. Rhetorically I asked why everyone else got to select their service experience and I didn’t get to? He grunted, rolled his eyes and turned his back on me. And yes, once again as I approached the door to leave he said, “don’t come back”. I am 60 years old. I don’t take the word racist lightly. It’s not something I am quick to accuse someone of. But as I said at the beginning, the way that I have been consistently treated has nothing to do with Mike being grumpy. And yes, I have contacted the Post Master General.

  Please for your sanity, go to a different post office. Majority of the time the line is incredibly long with only Mike working. He is rude & slow as others have mentioned and often times won’t take your packages for various reasons. It is so painful I have wasted so much time there.

  I tried to send an express mail which should be delivered overnight but it did not delivered. First I called USPS customer service and it is terrible as well AI did not let me to connect and agent. Somehow an agent connected and opened a case. Then another staff called me about my issue. She said that my mail is still in the USPS where I went. She also said me that take your receipt and I will be able to get a refund. Then I went to USPS again, he checked and said that my mail is not here. And there is no refund. He just tried to get rid of me. He gave his supervisor number and address. And I am still looking for my mail which includes my important documents. Terrible

  Mike is the WORST employee. The guy needs to be fired, I have no idea how he still works at this place with everyone's negative reviews of him spanning over 6 years. If I could give this place 0 stars because of him I would. He was incredibly rude to me when I was trying to mail my wedding invitations. I took them back from him because he wouldn't do his job and said "just go somewhere else if you want it done". So I drove the 15 minutes down the road to a separate post office. I've been in this location several times before and he always has an attitude with people and is incredibly rude.

  There is a cantankerous old man at the desk who appears to the be the bane of everyone's existence. He charged me to mail a pre-paid package - refused to check the barcode so I ended up having to pay additional postage for nothing - and he's consistently rude to everyone. Skip this location if you can.
