- HHHealedDegreeMay 23, 20261.0If I could do half a star I would, or even 0. I always have issues where I order next day shipping or two days and if it falls on a Saturday for the delivery date you have to wait till Monday to pick it up because they close at 12 on Saturday’s and usually the tracking won’t be updated on time, usually after they closed telling you it’s ready for pick up. I just got off a 12 hour flight for a work trip and rushed from Norfolk back home to Exmore to try to pickup my package and didn’t have my key, so I told the lady I’ll be right back. When I arrived with my key it was 11:59, I opened my box and grabbed the package slip and knocked on the door to see if she could help and she refused because it was 12:01. Somehow our addresses aren’t deliverable addresses which is hard to believe as Amazon, usps, and fedex used to deliver directly to my house when I first moved here two or so years ago. Then for whatever reason they changed it to where they all must deliver to this office. It’s super frustrating paying for fast shipping fees and the office just stops other delivery services from delivering straight to the house.

We used to sell eBay out of that location and take all our packages to the Exmore post office to ship out. Nothing has changed in the last 5 years, except the service. I took about 6 packages into the post office about an hour and half before closing, and I was rudely told by the associate that she's not allowed to send packages for me with the return address I had posted on the packages. (My boss gets all his mail in Bloxom because that's where he lives) She said she would do it this one time, but couldn't continue doing it, that I had to take them to Bloxom and send them from that post office because the return address was located in Bloxom. I am forced to continue to do business at that location, but since calling corporate about the situation, I have not seen that particular associate. Other than her rude demeanor, I have no issues with the post office. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.
