  I didn’t pay attention to closing time and made it after they closed. They still took my Amazon return so I didn’t have to make another trip. I would have totally come back but I am grateful! Great customer service even when they didn’t have to be.

  if i could give zero i would. three young girls working at the front, had to of been fresh in college, around my age group. i packaged my own items, wrote both addresses on the box, so all she had to do was print the label & have me pay. soon as i walked up to the front she obviously had the face of “i hate my life” one of the girls was helping an elderly lady as i was packaging my things & just the rudest person in the world. i wanted to cry for the lady. as the lady walked out the three young girls made such horrible fun of her because she “asked too many questions.” the girl helping me got both addresses completely wrong, that i had written clearly on the box already, obviously corrected her and told her that’s not the correct address, she rolled her eyes and said if i didn’t swirl every letter she could read it better. only letter swirled was an S…overall just rude teenage girls working at the wrong place. beyond horrible costumer service. i don’t know how they haven’t been fired yet. if u don’t want ur nerves to be tested id suggest to not come to this location, and whatever u do, do not let your grandparents come here either. never seen such ignorance towards a dear old elderly woman.
