  I visit this location quite often. Mostly to return Amazon and Temu items. The service is quick and the employees have been very helpful and efficient. I'm so thankful to have a UPS store in Emporia. Thank you all for making my experiences, nice ones.

  Been here twice recently to return Amazon products since my local access point doesn't know how to print labels from QR codes. ??? Been quick and easy, just walk in, show them the barcode, give them the item, and done.

  Customer service is bad there!!!! Joy who works there was so rude.....seems as if she was intoxicated. The daughter of the owner who was there was rude and she not even a employeee!!!! Bad reputation on behalf of UPS!!! I dont care if I have to travel further, I will NOT visit this store again!!!!
